Delta, originally from Pittsburgh, PA, has lived in vibrant cities like San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Columbus and even spent some time in France. With a degree in Business Administration and the French language, Delta’s career journey is as diverse as her educational background. She began her professional path in the banking sector at PNC Bank, where she excelled in various management training programs. This foundation led her to become a business consultant in the Project Management Office, where she played a pivotal role in large-scale IT projects, collaborating to innovate new technologies and implement significant bank-wide enhancements.
Her career trajectory took her to Marsh USA, a major player in the insurance industry, where she managed the design, development, and implementation of a significant web application. Delta’s expertise then led her to Accenture, where she served as the Manager of Financial and Solutions Engineering, contributing to the merger of JP Morgan Chase and Bank One’s online banking data. Her impressive work caught the attention of JP Morgan, where she was recruited as a VP in their Digital Services group Business Management Office, supporting 5,000 users across 14 applications for a decade.
In 2017, Delta transitioned to Fiserv, overseeing core software conversions for their Large Financial institution clients until 2022. Her journey with Smart Systems Technology began as a consultant, and she has recently joined the leadership team as the Chief Design Officer. In this role, Delta oversees the design and build-out of the VHOS platform, enhancing customer experiences by automating manual tasks and strategically involving human input where complexities arise due to the diverse systems in the market.
Outside of her professional life, Delta is an avid skier, loves to travel, and cherishes spending time with family and friends. She believes in the power of hugs and their importance in connecting with others
