Michelangelo Celli is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience at The Cornucopia Group, a specialty consulting firm dedicated to assisting CEOs of B2B companies with annual revenues ranging from $5 million to $500 million. These CEOs often faced challenges in marketing and selling their businesses but recognized the critical importance of a well-designed sales process. The Cornucopia Group offered advisory services centered around a unique meta model framework, which Celli and his team innovated. This framework addressed systemic breakdowns between CEOs and their customers as businesses scaled, famously identifying The Vision Gap, The Resource Gap, and The Opportunity Gap.
Celli’s work has transformed the thinking of thousands of CEOs worldwide, helping them redefine their roles in the complex B2B sales process. He has shared his insights through workshops and speaking engagements with prestigious organizations such as The MIT Forum, The Brain Trust, Vistage International, The Academy of CEOs, and The CEO Clubs. Building on his extensive experience, Celli embarked on a new venture by acquiring Smart Systems Technology, a former TCG support provider. In December 2023, he was awarded a United States Patent for his state-based synchronization data architecture, a cornerstone of the Virtual Human Operating Systems (VHOS) platform. This innovative platform enables companies to process complex data more efficiently, with reduced overhead and improved data quality.
Celli envisions VHOS as a catalyst for creating a new wave of American manufacturing jobs, where human workers are integral to data processing design rather than being sidelined.
